She studied Culinary Arts at APICIUS international school of hospitality / Florence University of the arts (FUA) in Italy. Three years later, she got a Master in Italian cuisine degree and was the holder of the Bronze Medal at the International Exhibition of Italian Cuisine / International Championship. During that period she also had the opportunity to make an academic experience at the prestigious James Beard Foundation school in New York, obtaining a degree in Food and Wine Management Paola has also had the opportunity to share her knowledge with the students of APICIUS international school of hospitality, instructing in cooking courses.
