Get ready for an unforgettable experience
Fresh Pasta & Tiramisù
What we will do?
During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes, FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISU entirely from scratch, guided by Chef Paola. We will start by sourcing the ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. You will acquire the skills to roll out, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as Tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti, and tortelli. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two courses along with their respective sauces. Last but not least, you will also learn how to make the most delicious Italian dessert, tiramisu. After preparing the dishes, you will enjoy a 3-course dinner, complemented and paired with wine. The recipes will be sent via email, allowing you to recreate the experience at home with your loved ones.
