Her memories
From a very young age, she developed a taste for good food, which she now thanks her father. Together used to savour and imagine recipes that Paola would later make a reality to the delight of the whole family.

During her university studies, she created a home baking brand that allowed her to hone her culinary skills and continue to pursue her dreams.
With the passage of time, in addition to the immense enjoyment that preparation of food would give her, she discovered that the magic that made her fall in love with cooking was to share her creations with her friends and people closest to her.

It was then that she decided that cooking would be her lifestyle. A new beginning that has been the most challenging and rewarding experience for her.
Her experience​
Her journey started studying Culinary Arts at APICIUS international school of hospitality / Florence University of the arts (FUA) in Italy. Three years later, she got a Master in Italian cuisine degree and was the holder of the Bronze Medal at the International Exhibition of Italian Cuisine / International Championship. During that period she also had the opportunity to make an academic experience at the prestigious James Beard Foundation school in New York, obtaining a degree in Food and Wine Management Paola has also had the opportunity to share her knowledge with the students of APICIUS international school of hospitality, instructing in cooking courses.

The passion and constant search to enhance the flavor of each of her dishes, led her to professionalize within the world of wines by completing level I and II of the AIS TOSCANA Sommelier course with the Italian Sommelier Association.

During her professional life, Paola has worked in prestigious restaurants throughout Florence, two of them with Michelin stars. She especially remembers her work at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence, where she learned from internationally recognized Chefs and was able to cook for diners from many parts of the world. Also, she had been head chef at Floret restaurant-artisan kitchen.
All'opera
Today, Paola feels ready to explore new learning paths and new ways to share her passion. That is why All'Opera was born, to create authentic culinary experiences and expand her knowledge and delight palates without geographical limits. All'Opera is the fusion of the three passions of the Chef: High cuisine, consulting and cooking classes.

Within this proposal, Paola includes her experiential service as a Private Chef. Building memories and participating in the most intimate stories in the comfort of her guests' homes. The characteristic stamp of her dishes is the reflection of all her multicultural experience and artistic sensitivity. The quality of the raw material, its seasonality, the cooking techniques and the specific preferences of the guests, allow her to offer a refined cuisine, accompanied by an attentive, scrupulous, discreet, timely and cordial service.

This new proposal has as its main axis the pedagogical line
In the Cooking Classes, online cooking school. Paola brings the best of cooking and the gastronomic experience to the table of her students' homes. The Cooking Class currently has more than 100 Spanish-speaking participants, and more than 80 students who carry out their process in Italian or English. The three Languages that Paola speaks to perfection and which allow her to expand her audience more and more.

At All'Opera, La Cooking Class, a wide variety of lessons are offered in which Paola is the lead instructor. It has several methodological modalities that seek to satisfy all tastes: Group Live Classes, students cook simultaneously with the chef, ask questions and share textures and colors. Personalized Live Classes, students can choose a recipe or a particular topic and coordinate a schedule at their convenience with the instructor. Finally, the prerecorded classes, which are available on the All'Opera Cooking Class website.
Finally, La Cooking Consultancy, Paola provides advice to beginner chefs and restaurants in the initial stage, improvement processes and product development.
