What we will do? During the 3-hour session, we will prepare 2 dishes FRESH PASTA and TIRAMISÙ entirely from scratch, guided by chef Paola. We'll begin by sourcing ingredients, emphasizing seasonality and freshness. You will acquire the skills to roll, knead, and shape a variety of pasta forms, such as: Tagliatelle, tortellini, pappardelle, ravioli, cappelletti and tortelli. From this selection, we will choose two formats to create two courses along with their respective sauces. Last but not least, you will also learn how to craft the most delicious dessert from Italy, the tiramisù. After preparing the dishes, you'll indulge in a 3-course meal, complemented and paired with wine. The recipes will be sent via email, allowing you to recreate the experience at home with your loved ones. Where is the class? In the intimacy of the chef's kitchen in Florence What to bring? The class is conducted primarily in English. However, upon request from the client, it can be conducted in Spanish and Italian as well Is cooking experience necessary to fully enjoy the class? Courses and Classes : The courses generally last three hours followed by a seated tasting with what was prepared during the class. The menu changes according to the season and availability of ingredients. - Group courses must have a minimum of 2 and maximum 6 participants private courses may be booked regardless of the number of people. - Course cancellation or changes made by the participants: Cancellations from the time of booking up to 3 days prior the class: 100% refund. Cancellations from 2 days or less before the starting date of the class: no refund. - Course cancellation or changes made by All'opera All'opera may make changes to programs, class content, and course teachers for organizational reasons, while ensuring the same quality level and continuity of the classes. We furthermore reserve the right to postpone the date of one or more classes, always giving registrants timely notice. If a new date is offered and the registrant cannot take part, he or she may request, in writing and within 5 days of the notification, reimbursement for the class that he or she cannot attend solely for that reason.
